My good friend for at least 15 years, Thomas Blackburn, tied the knot in May, on Signal Mountain, TN. After the ceremony, they had a reception for invited guests on the Blue Moon River Boat in Chattanooga. I was so pleased Bryan and I could go--it was very special.
