Fort Sumter & USS Yorktown

After saying good-bye to the Vests, we toured Ft. Sumter and the USS Yorktown, before heading to Kiawah. The boys LOVED the ferry to the battle ground.

Before Johanna and Bella got home, we took a short drive to Folly Island. The boys LOVED it, of course!

We were so delighted to be able to visit with our friends, Rich, Johanna, and Bella Vest, in Charleston, S.C., on our way to Kiawah. Rich & Johanna were at Tenwek for our first six-weeks there. They are part of our family. We love you guys!
