San Antonio to Nashville

The ride back consisted mostly of the following....

Another good flight with Wil.

San Antonio 6: Sea World!

On Sunday, we headed out to Sea World. I wasn't expecting to take Wil to an amusement park on this trip, but he really enjoyed it! He loved seeing the shows and the water splashing! After Sea World, we helped Belinda pack her car for the drive back to TN the next morning.Family picture at Sea World--the 20th Anniversary!

SHAMU!

San Antonio 5

On Saturday the 21st, we headed out with our fabulous taxi driver, Aunt Belinda, to four missions: Mission Concepion; Mission San Juan, Mission Espada; Mission San Jose

San Antonio 4:The Tower of the Americas

We were told many sights to see by my friend, Alyson Henbest. One of them was The Tower of the Americas. It was built for the World's Fair. (How tall is the Sunsphere?) If I remember correctly, this one is over 170 stories tall and the restaurant is still open. The Tower

San Antonio 3: THE ALAMO

When Belinda finished up the last day of her rotation, we headed to The Alamo. We enjoyed the walk around the historic site, but we failed to see John Wayne.:( "Remember the Alamo!"

San Antonio 2

Wil and I waiting on Aunt Belinda to arrive.... A kind man at the airport (employee) loved seeing us looking at the information. He commented on Wil beginning to read at such an early age. :)
When we arrived, Belinda was able to pick us up at the airport. From there, she took us on a tour of where she's been working for the past two months.

Wil's First Plane Ride: HELLO, San Antonio!

Wil taking it all in on his first plane ride, June 20th, on Southwest, from Nashville to San Antonio, Tx. We went to visit Aunt Belinda on her last weekend in Texas for a PT rotation at The Center for the Intrepid.
Wil did wonderful on his first trip! He nursed taking off and landing, slept, and laughed. He received many compliments from fellow passengers. YEAH!

Splashing around with Aunt Beverly

Aunt Beverly came over June 18th to visit Wil. We decided it was hot enough (HA) that Wil should have fun in his pool. He loved Aunt Beverly playing splashing around with him. Wil just laughed and laughed. Thanks for coming to see me and Mom, Aunt Beverly! Love, Wil

Father's Day 2008

I think Bryan had a great first Father's Day. The day included church and Sunday School, then we headed to Hillsboro for a Willis Family gathering. Wil got Dad a gorilla-pod--a tripod that can attach (curl) around virtually anything. It can hold both cameras. Dad was pretty excited!
Father and son at church. (Thanks, Granna, for the fancy outfit!)
"The Girls", Nora and Natalie playing with "Baby Wil" in the lawn at church. Nora and Natalie are our neighbors. They're wonderful to play with Wil.

Sapp/Schlaudecker Visit

On June 8, 2008 we drove from Pikeville, TN, with David and Jenny Sapp to Knoxville, to visit Jeff, Liz, and Noah Schlaudecker. It was everyone's first time to meet Noah and the Schlaudecker's first time to meet Wil.
