My Friend, Chloe Crossland!

Last Sunday at our 8:30 service, we saw Travis, Rachel, and Chloe Crossland. Sunday was our contemporary worship service. Rachel is the niece of one of our best friends, Babs Feaster. Chloe is two weeks older than Wil.

Wil Slept Through The Night!

Yes, I was scraping for Wil's baby book! Wil slept through the night Saturday night (7:20pm-6:10am)! Of course, like all new Mom's I woke up (at 5:15am) in a slight panic!:) Also, I would like to report that last night, Monday, Wil slept from 6:30pm to 6:20am. Who knows for how long it will last, but we're thrilled!:) (FYI: for the HEALTHY SLEEP HABITS, HAPPY CHILD readers, I've noticed a significant difference in the ease in which he goes down for his first two naps! Guess, he's getting enough sleep.)

The Count Down Is On!

As mentioned in a December posting, our friends, Jason Parker and Valerie Pritchett, are engaged (wedding 5-31-08). We were invited to a luncheon shower honoring them. Love you two!

Jenna Payne

Hi, everyone. This is Jenna Kate Payne. She was born two days before Wil. Her parents, Stephanie & Kelvin, are in our SS class. It's so nice to have Stephanie close to share in baby "stuff"--milestones, etc. Jenna looked so pretty in her fancy, fluffy dress, sweater, and shoes on Sunday! Jenna also has an (very cute) older bother, Wyatt. :)

My strolling with Dad was a bit different than with Mom. He just put me in the stroller like a big boy! I loved seeing out!!! Once we got home, he agreed that I was probably a little too small to do that all the time. I love time with my Dad!

Five Years!

Today, April 12th, Bryan and I have been married for five years! What an adventure of blessings we've been given over these years. (Wil being number one, of course!)

Wil, Bryan, and I met up with Anna (LaBar) Leuker in McMinnville for lunch. Anna and I met while studying music at TTU. We had not seen each other in five years! She, her husband, Tim, and daughter, Reagan, live in Alexandria, VA, so this was a very special meeting! It was such a pleasure to finally meet Miss Reagan. What a doll she is!:) Anna, it was wonderful to see you again! Thanks for the invitation to gather!:)

Happy 5-Month Birthday, Wil!

Bryan and I cannot believe Wil's now five months old! His personality is blossoming and we are loving every minute of it!

My First Piano Playing!

Earlier this week Wil played my guitar for the first time. Today, he played the piano--from Grandfather Dalton. He loved that the keys lit up, too! Music is fun--all children (all ages) love it!

Just a Swingin'!

Here's Wil's first out-of-doors swing! Our friends/neighbors Jennifer & Jason, Nora & Natalie, gave this to "Baby Wil". Thanks, guys! I can't wait to see him grow and grow---and grow out of it!?:) He just loved "minging high" (as I used to say). We'll have to tweak with blanket or something.
